Every Deora Atelier arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal blooms.
Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in flower varieties, color, size, and overall appearance may occur. When substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated during checkout.
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Deora Atelier reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location when appropriate or additional delivery fees may apply.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only if floral preparation has not yet begun.
Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are custom-made, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each situation individually.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, branding, designs, website content, and marketing materials are the property of Deora Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
