How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Select your preferred bouquet option, choose a size, and complete checkout. For Customer Choice bouquets, you may include design notes before adding the item to your cart.


What is the difference between Atelier Choice and Customer Choice?

Atelier Choice invites you to trust our designers to create a seasonal bouquet inspired by the Deora aesthetic.
Customer Choice allows you to share preferences such as color palette, mood, or occasion, which our atelier thoughtfully interprets while maintaining creative discretion.


Can I request specific flowers?

You may share preferences or flowers to avoid in the notes section. However, exact flower requests are not guaranteed, as all designs are created using seasonal availability and curated at the discretion of the atelier.


Are the photos an exact representation of what I will receive?

Each arrangement is made to order and no two bouquets are identical. While we honor the overall style, palette, and scale, natural variation is part of our design process.


Do the bouquets come with a vase?

Unless otherwise stated, bouquets are wrapped only. Vases are not included.


How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance. Availability for same-day or next-day orders may be limited.


Do you offer delivery?

Delivery options and availability are listed at checkout. At this time, delivery is limited to our local service area.


What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Because our arrangements are custom and made to order, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Should I order early for holidays?

Yes. Holiday availability is limited and often sells out. We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible to secure your preferred bouquet and delivery date.


Are holiday bouquets customizable?

Holiday offerings are curated in advance. While you may share light preferences or notes, customization may be limited during peak periods to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.


Will Atelier Choice be available on holidays?

Atelier Choice may be offered in a holiday-specific palette or design style. Availability will be clearly noted on the product page.


Can I request delivery on Valentine’s Day?

What is your policy on holiday orders?
